It has a bad management. The apartment managers are so slow to your request. Other wise they are cheating. When they lowed others' rental they lied to us that the price is the same. Another thing is that they charged one of my friend $700 in his deposit when he want to move. Actually there is nothing broken in my friend's room. I think if they use some of the deposit to do some clean and pay for the damage, I can absolutely understand. But $700 is way too much.
