Hi,
I have bad experience with them. They will cover the rent changes if you do not ask them (chester and his wife).
Even the rent get lower, they are still trying to hide them for people.
NO DSL, the maintenance is bad.
the carpet is 4 years old and never changed.
Even for the new comers, they did not change the
carpet.
A couple moved from one apt to another marbury. They changed them $700.00.
no way to get your deposit in them back.
They are trying to make the rent higher.
currently is 1350 for 2/2.
