ok to live here - noise problem sometime

I just moved out from MV to new state since
I've lost my job...been there in Silicon Valley for almost 3 years, it's nice area to
live with. Mn ppl are nice and kind.
But sometime my neighbors made alot of noise
becauze of their babies's crying....
