1. Manager actually is friendly.
2. Bad Neighberhood. Be aware if your car has no alarm system.
3. Rent is fair. Other closed apartment asks for $100 $200 higher
4. Large Lundry room.
5. Regular check-up/reparing/gardening
6. Deposite is POSSIBLE to get back. I just get almost full amount back.

I think this is a fair review. My experience was the same, neighborhood looks good but just a 1/4 mi away is NOT good. Please tell me the gate is not still broken on the Berryessa side.
