Worst Management

Years at this apartment: 2008-01-01 - 2008-01-01

we have been living here since last 3-4 years.
Rent increase after your lease period is about 15%... no regulation!
Management- Earlier it was bad now it is worst
Parking- Not very safe and on top of it parking space are assigned without any know how of physical location of the unit and they are keep changing it often.
Maintenance- you need to wait for a WEEK or more and might have to request them 2-3 times then only they will appear and fix a portion of it!!!!
Rent- Too high for the area where it is located, no good schools, no DSL available nothing good

I am staying here because my work place is very close and I am kind of lazy in moving
