property going to s#$t From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 3 responses   First of all they have recently changed managment and now none of these idiots working in the office know what they are doing. It takes a week to get a work order done for the most simple things. Oh and forget about parking here there is never a apot in sight. I get of work late and I have to park my car down the street always worried that i will be raped or beaten by these crazy crack head tenants also the managment they also look cracked out and on one recently. I believe they made a big mistake hiring these new people they are unbelievable. But the director of the property is the worst he is the biggest racist person i have ever met. He gives discounts only to the vietnamese tenants and likes to make remarks that i cannot say . This is the worst place ever please please just turn your back to this place and walk away this is more of a mental institute than a apartment complex.
