I have been working at Markham Plaza since the year 2005 as a caretaker. Ever since I met management they have always had a concern for my client and friend who has been living at Markham Plaza for a few years now. Whenever
I had a reguest or concern, they would take the time out to assist us. My client recently had a very disturbing incident involving recent management. As I was assisting my client who resides at Markham Plaza out of the car, transferring him on to his scotter, we suddenly heard this very very,and I mean very, loud staff member
screaming her head off "move your car" "move your car" it seriously startled us. Knowing my resident,"he could have had a heart attack", My point is this, she had no consideration at all towards his condition being on the management staff. Overall
I really find it embarressing and unprofessional. This is the first time in the years I have worked here felt uncomfortable with management.

Markham Plaza Management are cruel and abusive to the disabled and elderly tennents.

Overall, management staff continues to find ways to improve living quarters. Markham Plaza staff members also make efforts to help the tennants the best way possiable. t
