Bad Management - Abusive, Hostile & Aggressive! From: standoff2000 Date posted: 7/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   Markham Plaza Apartments is a very hostile and depressing envirement. The Management is irresponsible, reclesss, oppressive, vindictive, negligent, incompetent, rude, thoughtless, scandalous, corrupt, abusive and mean. Just because the rent is inexpensive doesnt give them the right to harrass and abuse people. Elaine Bouchard, the maintainance lady is a bi-polar, obsesive compulsive, -------, turbo-tweaker control freak. This lady is a copletee nut-case who lives in another world! If a tenent has a maintainance request, expect it to drag on and on for months. & If she ever does get around do doing repairs, they are done poorly. If anyone needs maintainance, it would be Elaine Bouchard. She definately has a screw loose. They had another "piece of work" before. ( Lesa Stone ) She may have been dirty, scandalous, and corrupt, but she wasnt a complete wacked out jack-ass like Elaine Bouchard. Markham Plaza Management are a bunch of filthy detestable money grubbing slum-lords. They are liars, cheaters, scum bags & shameluss crooks who belong in jail or prison.
