Dissrepctful drug using manager

How did a drug using crystal meth head maintenance supervisor become manager (Elaine). One day she will be nice pretending like she wants to make markham plaza a good community for all the serious residents. Then when you go to report a neghbor for heavy drug use she doesnt do ----. then a week later she is their best fried. I see her driving some residents in her personal car. She shows favortisim to certain residents (the drug using ones) and other residents she pays them no attention. She like to act like she is better than us. When you go to talk to her she has an attitude and she has no right to talk ---- to us she is supose to be the manager and be responsible enough to sit down and listen to some of the residents concerns with out putting them down. In all honesty i have never had a problem with any one that worked at markham. I have allways been a good judgement of charactor and i can tell when something is not right about her. some days she is moving way too fast talking too fast no body can be that alert unless they are on drugs. Dispite all the problem with some of the residenets with some screws missing now our community manager has some screws missing. She is very un professional and needs to learn better customer service. Maybe she should go back to maintenance and let a professional handel the residents since she has no respect for anyone that resides in the apartments. The apartments have serious roach infestations on every floor. the windows leak when it rains. drug atics hang out in the lobby. homless people come to sleep in the lobbies on ever floor. About half the residents are crystal meth and crack addicts. people ---- on the stairs they piss in the elevators. You can find many people from megans law dwelling here, parking sucks, good luck if you are planning to move here.

Yes, it is really that bad... I have been in these apartments myself, when I dropped off a resident. The place has homeless drug addicts all over the place and the person I know who lives here tells me she is afraid a lot of the time. She even told me that a dead woman was in her apartment for over a week here, until the smell was overwhelming! it is gross and dirty and weirdos live here.
