u decide From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   i wouldn't recommend, neither say don't go there...i give u the advantages and disadv and leave for you to decide. adv: * friendly management...fairly okay when returning deposit. * clean and well-maintained aptt complex * good facilities like gym - everything works, pool, etc * located in japan town, close to san jose downtown (u decide if its an advantage) * well noise-proof from neighbors...but read the disadvantage on this matter disadv: * the location of the appts is such that u can get very disturbed from the noise on the streets. my main reason of fleeing was this noise from streets. The glassdoors on the balcony that overlooks the main street cannot stop the sound effectively though the walls are fairly noise proof from the neighbors. * it feels like a hotel, very less greenery inside and no playground, and can make some people claustrophobic.
