So as to leave the reader with a positive veiw of this place, I will deliver the bad news first. One of the biggest problems that I have with living here, is the lack of central air. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room, but other than that during the hot months it can be imbearable. The parking is not properly covered, so your vehicle would be left completely exposed to the elements. Also, anyone with enough determination, could very easily climb the fence and rob from your car. Which is excactly what happened, as few months ago a persons car stereo was stolen. Their is also a particular problem concering noise, especially if you live on the street side. Although this is logical due to the apartments close proximity to an array of restaurants, a good percentage of the noise comes from visiters of residents. This is mainly due to a number of lower class residents that have recently moved into these apartments, which is very unfortunate. Also, other than the pool area there isn't any space for children to play should, that be a concern for you. However, the management is quite helpful, as are the maintenace workers and things are fairly quickly taken care of here. Another thing that is quite nice are the in unit w/d, also the management put out a fairly nice breakfast every friday morning. For those that like a family friendly community, every halloween the management holds a pumpkin carving contest, as well as a door and porch decorating contest for Christmas. There is also a neighboorhood farmers market which is held every week, which is also quite nice, as well as are the yearly Japanese festivals. So as I've stated it may not be as good as some, but it is nontheless better than most.

It looks like a pretty nice place, however, I have lived at many different apartment complexes, even ones with undergound parking and my car still was broken into. I don't think cars being broken into are a community thing, I think it is just something that happens no matter where you live.

I'm not sure if I understand your comment regarding "lower class" residents? Maybe if you would have provided specific examples it would make more sense. Perhaps, in the future you might consider using a more diplomatic term. Sounds silly.
