Hell is a better place

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
Horrible place. Very dirty, bad smell even around the manager's apartment. Management is good for nothing. No maintenance is offered. The halls are dirty and littered as well. Extremley noisy, neighboors are very rude. Unsafe, the lock doors have been broken for almost a year. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
