I've lived here for a few months...I am a mother and know kids will be kids, but these kids are WILD. I've seen little wannabe gangsters play cops and gangsters and physically beat on each other for fun, literally punches to the face! There is always kids drinking and smoking pot at the playground, the front gate doesn't even lock...There is always trash and debris all over the grounds/playground. The laundrymats have 4 washers/dryers (3 facilities). Only one washer/dryer works in each facility, since I moved in...I've seen cars with windows busted out. There is vandolism all over the playground, and kids pull fire alarms for fun...which isn't nice when you have a newborn child and a fire alarm blaring for 15 minutes...Parking is horrible, they would tow a car from your own stall if you don't have a permit. So don't allow any of your visitors to use your parking. I hear music blaring all day, and as early as 7am in the morning.
