The boiler for the building caught fire and it took over a week for them to fix it. Because it was so outdated, (and out of code) no one could even work on it. It had to be replaced. Because they didnt want to hire a real shipping company or someone who knew what they were doing it took forever. Every day there would be a new sign stating that there would be hot water that day. When I discovered I had no hot water, my wife called the management office which had a message to call another number during an emergency. Well that afterhours number was conveniently disconected. The management does not live on site, so they don't care what happens afterhours, and if you talk to the Asst Manager who does live on sight, they will charge you a fee. The gym has been broken all of our three years and we've never seen the hot tub work for more than a week. The management will lie to you to make you happy for the moment but its never true. I'm so very glad we are moving out of this place next month, it will be so worth it to pay more. Oh and if you complain to them too much, these guys will give you an eviction notice eventually.
