Stay Away. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003   Basically, as far as management, Rachel sucks. She is hardly ever in the office on the weekends. Pamela is nicer, but she will lie to you too. Get anything they tell you IN WRITING. Because if they just say it, it's basically BS. The apartment is big, for the price. There are always ants everywhere. People stay at the pool until all hours of the night, and are loud! Management doesnt care if you complain. Our vehicles have been broken into in the garage. The security door is usually broken, ( people just pull on it and it opens and is broken for a month.) The exit gate was broken for months. The boiler broke and actually caught fire due to poor upkeep. We had no hot water for over a whole week!! It's in your lease that the rec room is available to you but it hasn't been available in the 3 years we've been here. The clubhouse bathrooms look like they are from bangladesh. If you ask to rent the clubhouse they tell you its all booked, even if its not. Drains in the bathroom constantly are clogged. Be careful if you complain too much, you will get an eviction notice.
