First of all, our managers are not racist - and the tennant that wrote their review could use some spelling and grammar lessons. Our complex is an older stucco complex with Spanish-style tiles in the lobby and entry stairway. It is charming, and the management team that we have in now are not only pleasant and accomodating, but they have made more improvements to the grounds and apartments in the few short months that they have been here than the previous managers did in the entire time that we have resided here.
I find the rents incredibly reasonable for the space and layout of the apartments provided. The complex is secured and repairs and maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficently.
The only problem with the complex are some inconsiderate tennants. We have several policies at the complex to ensure everyoneıs comfort and security, yet some tennants refuse to conform. Some let their guests park in the fire lanes and in other assigned spaces and their children use the hot tub like a wading pool. Others are just rude, leaving their laundary in washers and dryers way past their cycle, tying up machines for all of the other tennants, and some run in the breezeways and talk loudly by elevator doors, which are right outside the bedroom windows of apartments close to the elevators.
Lack of consideration and decency on the part of other tennants should in no way, shape, or form be a reflection on the Management staff here.
Perhaps before these tennants complain, they should asses their ability to live reasonably around others as a part of a community. If you canıt, then pack up and move because you are making the complex miserable for everyone else.
