Nice, Only in the beginning!

My Boyfriend and I did a 6month lease. The Apartment is nice, but the neighbors are really inconsiderent.
I would be sleeping soundly, then i would hear this "Click clock, click clock" Coming from upstairs, the person up stairs walks like a monster with high heels, not only that, their TV or Radio would be on full blast even after 10pm and if you ask then to keep low, they stop for 45 mins then continue. Sometimes we would hear certain noise that is just not right.
During Mid-day, the Children would be running on the upstair balcony. Non stop, like they were racing, they also like to ride their Skate boards and bikes up there. Now that is a safty hazard.
During our stay, they changed managers. They left motes on the doors of a few Apts saying, "If you don't move the items from your private balcony, then you will be envicted in 30 days." We had like a box! I saw that my neighbor had one too, he had regular funiture, but it wasn't what they wanted. Its Almost like living with your parents.
Management is pretty mean. If you don't mind noise or mean management then this place is great for you.
