Monterey Apartments

Terrible management, Terrible looking building! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   This apartment is great in size but lacks in aesthetics, and management professionalism. The manager needs a set of balls because he's too scared to handle unruly tennants and deal with building matters that are unsafe for tennants! This building is a safety hazard and should be inspected! I always feared that the building would collapse on me. Everything is falling apart and management is too cheap to care about the welfare of the tennants. Do not rent! I'm glad I'm gone!
