a friend of my has moved into the apartment a few months back and specifically requested for a car-port parking. At the time, it was not available. They were told once someone moved out from car-port parking space, that they would be assigned. People moved in and out of apartments. there are carports available and yet, every time they called (at least 8 times over the course of two months) they are told none are available. people have eyes, the spaces are clearly open. my question is, what kind of a manager could one be if your can't even deal with a parking problem' something so simple. i got a look at the place. there are about 155 apartments and over 200 parking spaces, with over 160 lots of covered parking. statistically, one would think that even with all the apartments occupied, each apt. to receive a carport/covered parking. there will still be pretty of left overs for him to work with. so many unhappy tennants, i truly doubt the apt. would be filled. something needs to be done or the apartments would not be able to retain tennants. Owners: clients are very important for business. suggestion: get a manager who actually listens! and follows through on his job. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
