Poor, uncaring management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/12/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   We had a leaky roof that wasn't fixed for 3 months. We had to call the housing inspector. At the same time we had the leaky roof they hit us with a 20% rent increase.
