I have read all the reviews and i really dont know what people are talking about. it is not the Hilton or W Times Square it is an apartment complex you live here not stay a night and be pampered i think that the front office staff is awsome linda is always there to help and kati is the same way i would recomened this complex to anyone with newborns, kids, singles, and couples. the area is nice great access to all major freeways in the area. and it has gatted acces; it can be a pain sometime if you forget your key card but it is very secure. i hope that this review is helpful to you and best of luck with your move!!!!

I don't agree. I couldn't get my deposit money back yet. it has been 3 months. it's an irresponsible and immoral management.

Basically what this review is saying is that if you don't have any problems it's a great place, and if you are looking for a storage place there are cheaper places. If you live in the complex you will have problems... Most of the other reviews are complaining about the management, and Linda and Katie are horrible. The office is only open from 9-5 and during those hours they are rarely there. They don't have an answering machine, and don't respond to requests at all. If you have a 9-5 m-f job you only can talk to management on Saturday, and Katie is a very rude Assistant manager that can't do anything.

It is obvious that Linda or someone else employed with the company wrote this. If you have children, there is no good play area. People who forget their entry card often climb the fence, honk their horn, yell for others, wait with the stereo blasting/bass booming so DO NOT rent on the Cypress Ave side. Discarded furniture remains for WEEKS by the dumpsters and some times it is in the garage by the office stairs! For reason unknown they removed the WAVE and SJNews racks. The management has no ability to invite, welcome, or service prospective and existing tenants. It is for sure the owner is well on the way to being a slum lord!
