I've lived here for a year and a half now, and I've had a diferent experience than the people that have commented here. First of all, I think its a safe and friendly place to be. I've never thought twice about going to do laundry or checking my mail at ten or eleven o'clock at night. Management is awesome. Both Linda and Katie are extremely friendly and do what they say they'll do. They're human and occasionaly need a reminder. My neighbors are friendly and kind. You may be able to find child care here too. You can sometimes here a party, but who doesnt get together and have a good time. One con: water is shut off more often than I'd like. But of course notices are given usually a day before.

This anonymous review was obviously written by the manager, Linda. Anyone who ever got a letter from her will know.Be very careful here at all times and be sure to take detailed note and photos when moving in and out. It will help a honest friend to witness conditions as she likes to stick even the best tenants. Know your rights!
