I've lived here for 7 years, in the A, B, and C buildings. (BTW B and C buildings don t get the water shut-off as much!) When it comes to kids, this is a great place. There is a great green courtyard where there are always children playing. It is family friendly, and single friendly. Yes, occasionally there are loud people, but you live in an apartment, what do you expect' Yes, it does occasionally take one to two weeks for maintenance, but it does get done, and there are 100 apartments and only 1-2 maintenance. Would you rather have a flood' Management is great! Recently there has been a new manager. She seems to be good, and she is actually at work. I've never had a problem with parking. I've had my spots for 7 years, and have never had an issue with that. It is a great location, and the schools are awesome, and neighborhood is great! All in all this is a fair place to live. I wouldn't be here for 7 years if I didn't think it was safe. The assistant manager, Katie, is great. I have no idea what people are talking about when they say she does not know her job. In the past, she has been the one to get my stuff done. I've paid my rent late, and I've gotten balcony notices, but I've never been harassed or miss-treated. They've always been more than helpful. I must say this again: this is not a bad place to live. For the price and location, it's a great place to start a family, or for a single, or college student, or roommates. Remember: This complex is family friendly.
