Good size apartment and good price. But there are two major flaws with the complex.
1) It's right next to highway 280 and a service road. If you like to sleep with the sound of a v6 roaring down the highway, this is the place for you.
2) Most incompetent office staff in the world. You have to constantly remind them and ask them over and over and over to get any work done in your Apartments. You make a request, and they'll say "yes". But what they really mean is "Yes, if i can remember to do it next week. If it's really important to you, you'll probably remind me again next week". I actually know 10 year olds that are more organized and on top of things.
Bottom line: If you can land a unit that requires zero work (which will be difficult) so that you don't have to deal with the front office and don't mind the highway noise, the price is very attractive for the South Bay.
