Monterey Apartments

Management is STILL an issue.... Do Not Move Here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have never lived in such a nightmare! Management is STILL an issue. They don't do anything about complaints. You have to ask several times to get anything done. And if it is an issue they don't want to deal with then they won't even respond to your emails. They are rude and show no empathy to any problems. They seem inexperienced and sometimes have no clue. Neighbors are loud and the management doesn t do anything about it. I have complained 3 times on the same person and it continues. There are always late night parties in the court yard by the pool which are ignored. And there are always children running up and down the in door hall ways or riding their bikes. Our car was broken into in the parking garage in board day light. Management did nothing to help. Didn t even apologize! Yes, the water is turned off all the time still. I would say at least twice a month with maybe 24 hours notice and it will be shut off almost all day each time. And the pipes do make horrible noises all the time I think it is getting worse each day. The laundry facilities are awful. Barely big enough to get into, the machines break all the time and eat your money. The dryers shrink everything even when dried on low. There is never any parking for guests. And half the time people park in your assigned spot or block it so you can t get in. Plus people make their own parking spot in all the red zones throughout the complex. All I can say is that the lay out of the apartment is nice. But it isn t nice enough to deal with all issues.
