Avoid Monterey Apartments Like the Plague

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
-way too expensive

-slow, inept management

-loud neighbors

-paper thin walls and ceilings

-cars constantly broken into within "gated" lot

-dirty, smelly, open dumpsters right next to units

-noisy, smoggy highway 280 across the street

-unthinkable 5.0 ratings on website sound phony and defensive 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
