Coming from downtown San Jose, I can tell you that this place rocks compared to downtown. Only problem we have had are the bastard neighbors. After a few complaints to the management, they have quieted down. What is even better, is that we get an opportunity to move if we want to since we are not 100% satisfied.

Maintence always gets anything you need done within 24hrs. The facilities are clean and kept up really well.

Parking can be a pain if you are too cheap to purchase a covered parking space for $25 a month...might be $20 can't remember. Otherwise finding parking can be a problem. Other than that, great place to live.
