As everyone has said, the maintenance crew is the best! The office staff is a mixed bag........at times very responsive and other times NOT! There are times when they act like you are intruding on their 'quiet time.' The parking is my main problem. It is horrendous. I have had some awful neighbors during my two years there, and I hate the cigarette butts all over the place, but the 3 BD 3 Bath is huge and has a decent layout. Just watch out for the hidden costs....when I moved in, washer and dryer included meant.......for a price! Pets allowed...........same thing.........for a price. The grounds are well kept other than the aformentioned cigarette butts!
