Not too shabby!

Decent, recently built apartments. Overall the facilities are ok, and the prices when we moved in were VERY reasonable. As for the management.. most are pretty spiffy, except for one individual. The maintenace staff is excellent, and very friendly. The pool and spa are very nice. The workout facility is a little shabby.

There are no elevators, and the stairs are difficult to manipulate large furniture on. The playground facility for kids is ok, if sparse, but there are alot of cats around.. and its sand.. you do the math.
