We moved into this complex back in 2000. At that time it was a quiet place to live.

As of 2006, we are totally ready to leave. The management and residents have deteriorated. The last group across from our apartment held wild parties until late in the night, including having one guy hauled off by the cops, and were outside our apartment kicking the walls and smoking pot at 2 a.m. The newest batch of people upstairs from us were hammering furniture together at 1 a.m. - on a weeknight! - and when I asked them to please do that in the morning, yelled at me for being rude and unfriendly. If you are a college student who likes a lot of noise, you're set. If you aren't, avoid this place!!! Plus the turnover is so high that even if you do get quiet neighbors, I guarantee they'll be gone shortly.

And don't even try to park; never, ever invite others over because parking there is totally insane, there are virtually no open spots, and if you park in an assigned spot you will be towed (and yes, I DO tow people in my spot too!).

i hear ya. I have college kids across the hall and next door, playing their music so loud my kids cant get to sleep! Plus they are always in the midst of some argument that resembles a Jerry Springer episode. Have you moved? Any suggestions. This place is overpriced and absolutely horrible. Im so sorry about your experience, I dont care for drugs being around my kids and Im pretty irate about the amount of money we have to pay to live in such a crappy community
