I am a cuirrent residnt in a 2bdrm 2 bth apt. I live on the third floor with two children under two and there is no elevator. This would be ok except for the fact that there is almost no available parking. For approx 1900.- p/mo I should be able to park close to the apartment. This is a horrible set-up. When complaining about this I was informed that new resident have priority on the newly opened reserved spots and my name continually gets bumped down. Every evening every spot is filled even in the office spots and I have, on several occasions, had to circle around until someone left. In the morning there are cars being towed, after they were forced to park in firelanes. There are constant battled for visitor spots and people are openly driving one car out of the visitor spot and saving the spot by putting their other car in that spot by removing it from their reserved spots. I am not alone in this complaint and I do not suggest moving here. It is overpriced, inconvenient to anyone not living on the first floor and unless you want to park elsewhere and take a cab home, this is not the place for you. I can't wait until our lease is up!
I should also mention that the windows are very drafty as well as being knee high and the screens fall out easily. If you have young children they cannot be opened.
The office staff are very sweet and try their best to be helpful, but lack the authority to make any decisions ar alterations. They are only able to write up work orders.
