Lived here nine months. The positive aspect is that the apartment to apartment noise
is very good. That is, I rarely heard my neighbors. However, the freeway noise can be
disturbing at times. The negatives are as follows: 1. horrible parking situation. 2. Incredibly bad water pressure in the shower. Had to jump around to get wet. 3. Irritating management: Every week they are doing some new project. In some ways this is good since the painting and improvements help the looks/quality of the overall complex. However, management inconveniences its renters without qualm. Today, everyone in my section of the complex had to move their cars for them to have the blacktop resurfaced. Problem is, there is no place on property to park your car other than your assigned parking space. Had to park at the bar next door and hike in. 4. Jacked up my rent by 25% as soon as my 6 month lease had expired-highway robbery.
