Lived here for almost 5 years, moved out about a year ago. It was very nice back then but things just got worse and worse. Nice staff and maintenance people were replaced by very incompetent people. These new people behave like they are doing you a big favor letting you live there. Prices went up with bursting of housing bubble. New tenants maxed out the balconies with stuff that once belonged in the garage. Parking has always been a huge problem. We paid for one additional designated uncovered parking spot but people still park in my spot, especially if you come home late or are not using it. Had to have the cars towed a number of times, but getting the tow company to come is another problem. The whole exercise can easily take up to 2 hours. Heck, I just want to get back to my apartment and see my kids before they go to bed! Things are not going to get better any time soon with the current housing problem. Try renting a house if you can. Many homeowners with mortgage problems are very willing to make deals. Just be careful they are not headed for foreclosure or you may have to move if the bank takes the house back.a

That's horrible. Good idea!!! It is still a ghetto area even though they have renovated the units. The apartment is situated nearby some low-income apartments and the railroad noises. Having drive by there numerous times & glad that I didn't rent from this place. THANK GOD!
