This place may seem emacutlant, but its not. Like everyother review written here mine shall read the same. NO PARKING, pet deposits are terrible and staff not friendly. Not to mention I turned in a 30 day notice because they tried to raise my rent by $500!!! Do I look like money grows out of my ears' My truck was broken into and the office did NOTHING about it. As a resident I thought they would do something for me, Nope they could care less...whatever you do think twice before you move here!

Yes we have new management and I hit "bad review" for this one because the staff are nice and they are working on the Parking and in what world is the manager responsible for this person??????s car insurance?

I totally agree with you Anonymous! Too bad I read these reviews after I have given them my deposit. The staffs were not so friendly and dishonest! Michael McSilvers told me they do not accept low income tenants, yet I have referred a friend and verified they do accept Section 8 vouchers! Not that I'm a prejudice but he lied to make me feel safe when I was concerned about the area with low income complexes, and uncovered carport parking! That jerk Bob refused to refund my deposit when I've only passed few hours!!! Furthermore, they rented out my unit which was on hold for me when I did not canceled the agreement, after knowing I couldn't get my deposit back. The services were AWFUL!!!!! I would NEVER refer to anyone nor would I rent even if the price is cheap!!!! I don't feel at all safe to be their tenants. PLEASE BEWARE if you are looking to rent this place, MONTEREY GROVE. Good luck on your hunt and be patience. Rent will drop as housing prices drop so don't settle for less. The economy is in recession and I have to deal with these scums!!! Perhaps, few hundreds donation to keep their filthy jobs!!!
