Better place to live now, the manager is new and a guy this time and he is buying all new machines. The Gym is nice now, like repainted and stuff and they even put in those big flat screens. Pool is salt water now. They cut out all the nasty dead trees and put like these little bushes in next to my building. It was a little annoying when they put in the new ramp next to my parking underground but they said it was for handicap access so I guess they didn't have a choice. anyway its done now and don't look bad.
The people who work in the office now are also all new and they like always have cookies or coffee out and sometimes they have wine and cheese. So far I haven't had any trouble with them and they seem nice. I was not going to resigning my lease but now I probably am. Like before this property wasn't worth the price but now as long as my rent stays the same its a good deal.
