My wife and I decided to rent here because the grounds are so well maintained and she really liked the cherry blossoms. Parking is a little packed but Jason was able to get us a second space pretty quickly so we are set. I read some of these other reviews and they are not accurate at all. The office workers are very polite. Michael does a weekly wine and cheese and is the nicest kid.
So Pros are the grounds and the staff. Cons are parking. Maintenance I've never had a problem with but have heard they can be slow sometimes. There isn't really any noise. Safety is fine. they are doing construction but it hasn't blocked traffic or caused any late night loudness.

Of course, you have VIP treatment from the office people because you are WHITE!!!! (Haven't you noticed most people that gave good reviews are WHITE!???) With that said, Asian renters stay away from this place to avoid being DISCRIMINATED from the staff.
