I love this place. It's very spacious for a one bedroom. I love the skylight and giant windows overlooking 2nd street. I never hear my neighbors and they never complain about hearing me, though if street noise bothers you, you may be bothered by the light rail and street sounds near the front. The bedroom is in the back and silent. Parking is usually not hard to find, but nothing for free except after 6 and on weekends. The only other negative I'd complain about is that none of the interior windows can be opened, so after cooking, etc the smells can linger. The central A/C and heat work great. The location is GREAT if you like convenience. Light Rail is across the street, grocery store downstairs, theaters a block away. Improv downstairs. You can have a night out on the town without ever crossing a street.
