POOR MANAGEMENT/VERY NOISY From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/17/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I LIVED AT OAK PARK FOR ALMOST A YEAR. THE MANAGERS WERE VERY RUDE. THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO THE POINT THAT IF YOU MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM THEY WOULD NOT EVEN SPEAK TO YOU. THEY PUT ON A SERIOUS FRONT ONLY FOR THE RIGHT PEOPLE. THEY WOULD ACCUSE YOU OF THINGS AND MAKE MY STAY THERE ONE OF THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. OLDER MAINTENENCE MAN NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH ON WHAT HE WAS SUPPOSED TO DO AND HE AND HIS WIFE (OFFICE MANAGER) WOULD FLAT OUT LIE ABOUT THINGS TO COVER THEMSELVES. THE WALLS AND THE STRUCTURE OF THE APT IS VERY POOR.
