I have been at the Oaks at Northpark for about 6 months. I like it so far. Very good location, great fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. It used to be loud during construction but now its over. The apartments are pretty good from inside because its brand new. The appliances are also very good. They do offer different floor plans. I found the Oaks to be not very competetive in rent. I think this place is a little pricey.
