There are just so many bad designs and contrusctions in this apartment complex: lines of laundry dryers' venting out their dirty gas into the corridor where you have to pass through to get to your apartment; underground parking garage that is filled with so much dust that your car is always yellowish if you are not washing your car everyday; elevators often break down; and dog urines are everywhere, especially in the elevators and the underground parking; long distance to carry your grocery from the underground parking to your apartment; apartment corridors are dark and unsafe; recreation area close early; you have to pay to use the club house while they are free at most apartment complex; poor floor plans. Maintainence requests are never responded within 3 days. Sometimes I have to go there over and over again, and the maintainence only come to fix the problem after couple weeks have passed.
