good views of the mountains
well - kept lawns and park
very nice fitness center and pool
indoor parking
good location
Starbuck's
relatively clean
friendly staff
Negative points
staff does not follow through on promises
a lot of street noise, including very early trash pick up and local office maintenance noise
continually overcharging on trash bill with many promises to correct but nothing done for many months
barking dogs in and out of apartments
tenants tend to stick to themselves, not very friendly
noisy hallways
