Nicest Apartment Complex in San Jose

I having been living in this apartment complex since Summer 2002. I am liking it here and I think it's probably the best place I have ever lived in.
Positive:
-Spacious new apartments
-Great looking complex with two big parks
-Gated underground parking, with lots of visitor parking available all the time
-Very quiet environment
-Nice landscaping
-Swimming pool, jacuzzi, nice gym, clubhouse etc
-Starbucks, Quzinos on site
-Rivermark Plaza with a huge brand new Safeway and other nice retail stores 5 min away
Negative:
-Rent is high
-Not much of neighbor interaction
-Elevators are always slow
-Clubhouse usage is not free
-No AT&T cable TV service available
