I have lived in a lot of aparments and there is always something that will bug us as renters. One of the things that I enjoyed at this community is that it was quiet at night and the weekend which for me is very important. I liked the fact that you could go catch a fresh air out in the park and enjoy a coffee outside of my door step. Yes, the soundproof may not be the best but after all you will never find something extremly quiet.
