Exterior and the ammenities can be deceiving

We moved in 2 years ago because of location and seemingly nice exterior. Their effort in keeping the "luxurious feel" to the community seems to be only on the surface. While they put a Starbucks in there to lure the potential customers, they fail to keep the common areans clean. Pigeon dropping are everywhere and in some places you can see a small pile forming. Rental office staff is of no help. Maintenance requests take just long enough to fulfill so they can get away with giving you the 1/2 month free rent. Nightmares come when you want to renew. RENTERS BEWARE! This company don't value current residents AT ALL! In most cases, current residents who want to renew will pay MORE than any random strangers.
After living there for a couple of years, I am disappointed and cannot wait to get out of there. Over priced, under maitained, all lies.
