I just moved in recently and so far I haven't had any major problems. I think I have horses living above me based on the amount of noise I hear but other than that it's relatively quiet.
I find the location great with access to both 101 and 237 and Rivermark Plaza nearby.Street parking can be difficult on a Friday night but it's nice to have a garage to park your car in.
I wouldn't call my apartment luxurious but it's nice and quite roomy for a 1 bedroom.
I do have to agree with the statements about the staff. They seem to have a high turnover (and I've only been here 2 months) and the staff are not very helpful and are sometimes outright rude which is disturbing when you consider what you are paying for rent. That is definitely something that they need to work on. But luckily you don't have to deal with them that often so it's not worth not living here because of that reason.
