AMAZING looking apartment but huge rent increases after lease term is up, From 2,100 now to almost 2,800. Since moving here our car has been broken into, while parked behind "security gates" which has a huge clearance that can be hopped. Apparently there are security guards, but I have only seen them a handful of times and that was only after all the mailboxes were broken into. Fortunately none of our mail was stolen but I had several neighbors who are still dealing with those issues. Maintenance is not bad as long as you keep up on your request and management isnt great with customer service and personalities.
