I read the comments here before choosing the Oaks. I've been there all of a week, and it's fantastic! Management has been all retrained in "excellent customer service" and they really went out of their way to accomodate me. They currently offer $500 off any apartment that's been vacant (1 week or more I believe) so it's a gamble but well worth it. Neighbors are quiet and curteous. I'm on the 4th floor and there is NO NOISE at all at night. Wonderful!!!!
