No doubt it's a very nice brand new complex. Unfortunately, it's located in a not very convenient spot, surrounded by mainly office buildings.

Yes, Starbucks Coffee is right there in the complex for you, but that's it. Unless you can live with just coffee, you'll have to drive miles to everywhere to get your grocery and stuff. By the way, if you want to get coffee from this Starbucks, you'd better be an "early bird". The sunset arrives much earlier at this one.

Anyway, just want to mention one thing, if you are planning to move here (or Pines at North Park or Cypress at North Park), please be careful about your move-in date that the leasing office promised. Expect a delay, be prepared for finding a place to stay while you are waiting (after the date you planned to move in) for your apartment to be ready at North Park.

Hey, I just don't want to see people become homeless and panic for no good reasons. So far, the experience here has been pretty positive. Afterall, maybe it's worth the wait.
