Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Moved in for 1450 for single bedroom. After 6 months, they offered 8 month lease extension for $1600. For month to month, they said $1800 per month. Too expensive to continue.
Pros: Community is great. Excellent location. Brand New apartments. Good maintenance.
Cons: Too expensive. The heater doesn't work, after 3 hours the room temperature increases by 1 degree celcius.
The washer/dryer exhaust is right on the walk way. Security is a issue. Somebody took our new shoes which we kept outside home(its our mistake)but you don't except that in a such cozy apts.
