Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
1. Rent is too high. But it is worth for the money.
2. When you renew the lease they increase more than 15%. Not a good place if you are planning to stay for long time.
3. Even if you clean perfectly and move out, they will take more than 50% of your deposit.
4. Events of car broken even in the closed garage, though our car was ok.
5. Airconditioning is not good. It takes long time to heat up or cool.
6. Washer/Dryer blows out right on your faces in the walkway polluting the environment.
